I came across the phrase quietly quitting wile I was working with Vivianne & Jannah on our Rest & Reset Workshops, starting September 7th.
The idea’s not new but it has been renamed to attract a new audience. So, what exactly is quietly quitting & how can you use it to create space in your life?
Quietly quitting is gradually pairing back the time you put into tasks/work that has become overbearing or simply begun to take over your life.

Try quietly quitting & scaling back the time & effort you are putting in. You’ll be surprised, your work will rarely diminish but you will have more time for things that bring you joy!
