This is world student week and we all remember some of the meals we ate as students were not the most nutritious or healthy, but simply what we could afford. This week I wanted to share a healthy, tasty, quick and easy recipe that any student could make on a budget. Afterall you need your energy and brainpower on full when you are studying. The bonus is it’s also a great family dinner too.
