Stop eating sugar, fat, carbs, meat, salt etc. We are constantly being told what not to eat, or should I say the ingredients not to eat, with very vague information on what we should be eating. The problem is that the message against sugar has been misunderstood and now many people are afraid to include adequate fruit in their diets, it’s a common conversation I have in the clinic. So let's clear it up a little if we can!
So the next time you see cut the sugar, remember this is talking about processed foods not fresh fruits and vegetables. Ditch the products and double the produce!
