Go wild for Salmon!!!
I often tell my clients to eat oily fish as part of their plans and for good reason. The oils are shown over and over agin in studies to help with everything from cardiac disease to bowel issues to brain health.
But if you are eating farmed fish you are not getting the oils, not only that but you are getting higher levels of toxins, artificial colours, and don't kid yourself it's not a natural product.
Salmon squires it's Omega oils by eating other crustaceans like Krill. This is what gives salmon it's pink colour. The salmon do not get this in a farmed environment, the colour is added artificially.
So if you are eating Salmon because of it's health benefits then eat WILD SALMON or not at all, you are getting very little benefits from any other forma nd may be adding to your toxic load.
So GO WILD for SALMON!!!!!!
