Products Vs Produce
This week a topic that is coming up time and time again is:
Can i eat this product???
So this is a common question :) The clue is in the word product.
We are bombarded by media to buy products - this will make you loose weight, this will make your skin glow, this will make you look 10 years younger. The problems is most of it doesn't do what is says on the tin!
So my simple advice is that products are for minimal use, most of your diet should be a healthy whole food diet, made up of ingredients that we either grow or raise, with as little done to change their natural form. This is what our body is built for, this is what our bodies need.
I would love a few comments from clients past and present on how you feel since changing to a more natural diet, I'm told constantly by all of the amazing people i see every day in clinic, but people might be sick of me saying it, add your voice to the discussion :)
Keep it simple
Keep it natural
And it will keep you healthy :)
