The answer is yes:). Positivity can physical improve your health and wellbeing.
Try to focus on what is good in your life not what is bad.
Focus your thoughts on what you want rather than what you don't.
When you find yourself thinking you don't want something to happen, change that thought to what you do want.
Instead of hoping it doesn't rain, wish for sunshine.

Keep your words positive, because your words become your behaviour,
Keep your behaviour positive, because your behaviour becomes your habits.
Keep your habits positive, because your habits becomes our values.
Keep your values positive, because your values becomes your destiny"
Even if you don't truly believe it can make the changes you need, try positivity for 1 month, be positively positive, give it your all and see what happens:)
