As many of you know, I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer (Metastatic breast cancer) in August 2020.

This is an indicator that my cancer is much reduce and not active. Along with the oncology treatments, I have been tirelessly researching how to support my body to stay healthy. I am blessed to be in the position of previously being a nurse and now a nutritional therapist, naturopath and herbalist. I recently had a batch of blood tests and was told I have a very healthy body for someone with my diagnosis. Keep the good wishes, prayers and energy coming and I’ll keep you updated on where I am and what I’m doing.
