So what is it good for??
Unlike antibiotics which attack the bacteria, Echinacea strengthens our immune system and body to fight of all manner of infections and viruses.
This time of year when colds and flus are rife it is a good idea to take Echinacea as a support, to clear the cold or flu or bug from the system quickly. it is not a replacement for antibiotics.
It is known for attacking bacteria, viruses and abnormal cells, including cancer cells
It also can help to aid wound healing, quicker and better :)
It"s good for:
enlarged lymph glands
Echinacea should only ever be taken on a short term basis and definitely not long term without the supervision of a herbalist.
Any questions about echinacea feel free to ask :)
