Halloween is on it’s way and I know some of you will be carving a pumpkin (or turnip) and if you’re like me you’ll be thinking of ways to use up the pumpkin instead of wasting it. So here’s my Halloween howler brownie recipe to use up that pumpkin, you can try with turnip but it might not yield the same results

NB Pumpkin puree recipe – Ingredietnts 1 pumpkin Method 1. Preheat oven to 160 C 2. Cut the pumpkin in half, stem to base. Remove seeds and pulp. Cover each half with foil. 3. Bake foil side up 1 hour or until tender. 4. Scrape pumpkin flesh from shell and purée in a blender or Nutribullet. Store in the freezer in freezer bags. For an appointment please contact the clinic.
