Beat the Bulge - Christmas 2019

It’s that time of year again.  The run up to Christmas.  Most of us use the month of December to go crazy!  Eat all the chocolate, drink all the mulled wine, scoff down the mince pies, and that’s just the first week.
 
Then we get to January and feel awful, go on a crazy crash diet for January or a New Years resolution and give up on it by January 21st.
 
Some of my clients start their healthy eating plan before Christmas!  Crazy huh? 

​No, they are the clever ones.  Can you imagine feeling good by Christmas, having lots of energy, getting into that black dress or having to use padding for the Santa suit instead of filling it out naturally? 
 
The best thing is you still get to enjoy the festivities but without having an extra stone to loose in January.  It’s all about looking at food in a healthy way.
