Here is a traditional Italian soup eaten at weddings, it is literally called Minestra Maritata (Italian Wedding Soup)
This little bowl packs a mighty punch for its anti-inflammatory properties and its packed with nutrients. It’s the perfect bowl for these spring afternoons and evenings and you’ll be so satisfied after having a bowl. This is my version to improve the anti-inflammatory effects.
