There are so many people out there telling you how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat. It all gets very confusing and to be honest a lot of the information out there is a load of old tosh!
So, lets simplify it a little! Over the next 8 weeks I am going to give you 5 simple tips each week to help you to make you eating habits a little healthier for you, make your food work for you instead of against you.
