There is a lot of conflicting information out there, one argument is we need to detox regularly whereas another argument is you don’t need to detox as your body has it’s own detoxifying processes.
Let me quickly explain my thoughts on this
Yes your body has systems in place for detoxification, but like so many other systems in our body’s, it’s under extreme pressure from modern life, diet and stress and cannot sufficiently deal with the level of toxicity thrown at it, much like we have a cardiovascular system but many people still have high blood pressure, we have a digestive system but many people still have IBS. Our body sometimes needs a little help from us to function properly.
