Try to eat foods that are locally produced, organic and in season.
This means they are more likely to be grown naturally, under conditions that lead them to be higher in nutrients. They will be more likely to be fresh too.
They also tend to be what our body needs at that time of year, e.g. Salad in summer and root vegetables in winter.
