Peppermint - releases trapped wind, good for nausea, very cooling
Fennel - eases bloating in the stomach and lower digestive areas

Ginger - warming and relieves bloating and nausea
Some of the herbs i recommend for fluid retention are:
Celery seed - for if you feel you are drinking a lot of water but passing it as soon as you drink it
Nettle - aids the kidneys to process the urine more efficiently
Cleavers - aids the kidneys
Dandelion - aids the liver and the kidneys
Fennel - Aids proper utilisation of fluids in the body
